At many graduation ceremonies, we capture special group photographs to help you remember your day.
If a group photograph was taken at your graduation, details on how to order will be provided on the day.
You can also visit our Group Image ordering website (opens in a new window) at any time. Simply enter your University name in the search box to find and order your graduation group photograph.
To ensure we can capture your group comfortably and create the best possible photograph, we can accommodate a maximum of 7 people in a family group photograph.
If you would like a photograph with more than 7 people, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.
At many graduation ceremonies, we photograph graduates as they cross the stage and receive their award.
If presentation photographs are available at your ceremony, we'll provide full details on the day about how to view and order them.
You can also order online by visiting our Event Imaging website (opens in a new window).
Yes, even if your images aren't available to preview online yet, you can still place an order.
Simply select "If you haven't graduated yet" on our homepage and log in using your university name and graduation date. Once you've chosen your products, you'll be asked to enter your image reference number(s) before completing your order.
If we encounter any issues with your order, a member of our team will be in touch to help.
It can take up to 7 working days from the date your photographs were taken for your images to be uploaded to our system.
During this time, your reference numbers may not be recognised online. If it's been longer than 7 working days, and you're still having trouble, please contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
Our photographs are made to order, so please allow up to 28 working days from the date of your order for us to process, produce and dispatch them.
Once your order is on its way, it will be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD.
Our postage costs include packing, delivery and insurance, and only one postage charge applies per order.
Please note that overseas deliveries may be subject to local customs charges, which are payable by the recipient.

Photographs supplied with card mounts are designed to be displayed as an alternative to a traditional frame and have a strut at the rear for freestanding display.
If you would like your photograph framed, please select a framed product when ordering. Our freestanding card mounts are not designed to fit standard high-street frames.
